Cheers!
We use the word "Cheers!" when we toast each other. For example, in a pub when everyone has their drink, someone will say "Cheers!"
But we also say "Cheers!" to thank people. For example, if you offer to do something, the other person could say "Oh cheers!" to show thanks. We can also write "Cheers!" at the end of an email to thank someone in advance:

Can you check the January sales figures for me?
